Dai Jitao (1891-1949), also known as Chuanxian or Tianchou, was originated from Wuxing, Zhejiang (today's Huzhou City), and born in Guanghan, Sichuan. He once served as Head of the Central Publicity Department of the Chinese Nationalist Party, Head of the Political Department of Whampoa Military Academy, President of National Dr. Sun Yat-sen University, President of the Examination Authority of the Nationalist Government in Nanjing, etc..
