Its pattern feature is“hollow”, namely the frame is hollow. The 1-dollar, 2-dollar and 5-dollar stamps released on November 11, 1938 are with the frame of “hollow half button”, and the 1-dollar and 2-dollar ones released in 1939 with the frame of“hollow full button”..
